Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Scheduled regular meetings and record decisions with related divisions
- Responsible for campaign execution plan
- Prepare and provide promotion required documents to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Upload banner in back end, upload promotion TNC, checking any typo on marketing requirement documents, request assets to creative team.
- Upload promo benefit in back end
- Create and update workflows
- Monitor and report promotion progress and address potential issues (administrative tasks)
- Work cross functionally with creative, copywriters, business development, and some related additional divisons depending on the projects
- Making sure promotion landing page have no error
- Reporting to project planner lead and permanent team regularly
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Freshgraduate from reputable university from all major (preferebly majoring in marketing and business administration) Undergraduate students are welcome to apply
- Willing to do some administrative tasks
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and discipline
- Proficiency in microsoft excel and wordpress
- Multi-tasking
- An active learner (self-starter)
- Have excellent analytical thinking
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work full time on Monday - Friday
