Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Lead a team of SEM specialists in launching, managing, and optimizing Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns in Google Search Ads.
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize campaign performance, and drive analysis that leads to insightful decision-making that improves ROI for the campaign.
- Oversee the performance of the campaign, and recommend changes in spend
- Provide recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with stated goals.
- Review and revise strategies created by subordinates to increase conversion rates and lower cost-per-lead across campaigns.
- Create reports and analysis of campaign performance
- Maintain an understanding of the emerging trends as it relates to SEM.
- Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with campaign goals
- Mentor subordinates in terms of their soft skills and hard skills
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree with a plus in Marketing, IT or any related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing SEM campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Display Ads
- 2+ years in a managerial position
- Proven track record of successfully managing PPC campaigns
- Flexibility in adapting to new technologies and environments
- Google Analytics Certifications.
- Google Ads Certifications
