Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Understand the overall procurement process
- Maintain PO process starting from create PO - submit to vendor
- Control billing documentation (PO, Invoice) from vendors until all documentation are submitted to finance
- Follow up the transaction process from users - vendors - production team regarding the production timeline
- Actively looking for new vendors to compare each purchases with existing vendors
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree
- Fresh Grad or 1 year experience from all majors.
- Experience in working to the related field is a plus. Preferably procurement staff/jr procurement specialized in purchasing or equivalent
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and administration
- Accurate, precise attention to detail, organized.
- Able to work with the team or individually
- Proficient in using Google sheet
