Store Coordinator  

Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced Store Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and keep an orderly workflow. The goal is to keep the store running in an efficient manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
• Take ownership of customers’ needs and issues and follow problems through resolution.
• Assist on measurement-taking and information dispensation through customer interactions.
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
• Understanding and reviewing records and compile accurate reports.
• Lining-up customer visit schedules by analyzing actual product and service turnaround time and production priorities.
• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Adhere to and manage approved budget and purchasing.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities by coordinating with the Production Supervisor and top management.
• Checking received items from the production department and overseeing the entire store activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist the Proprietor in coordinating with Media Partners the company's marketing activities.
• Posting Marketing updates / Ads in Social media sites.

Requirements:

• BS, BSC or Ab degree on Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related field
• Proven working experience as a store coordinator/store manager/customer service manager
• Experience in providing customer service support
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
• Proficiency in English and Filipino
• Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office tools
• Awareness of tailoring/fashion industry’s basics and latest trends and updates
• Ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Smart multitasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• Preferably, Female
• Willing to work in Makati City, Philippines

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday - 11 am to 8 pm
• Saturday - 11 am to 6:00 pm
