Digital Marketing Specialist  

Position Objective:

This position is responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns to generate leads for Sales channel to ensure great user experience and create brand engagement online for quicker brand preference in retail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a rich content/ editorial calendar involving multiple brands that attracts different segments to our brand sites (social media, websites)
• Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends in tandem with Visual Marketing
• Work with brand managers and manage marketing campaigns online with priority to social media
• Manages database of customers and reports customer demographics
• Communicates with customers for on-line promotions and coordinates with other departments to ensure resolution and addressing of customer requests/ concerns
• Consolidates product, orders and sales inquiries and endorses to Sales Department
• Manages trade & end customer database and drives email marketing communication
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by manager in order to meet operational and/or othe requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree of Mass Communications, Marketing Communications, or Arts.
• 1 year work experience required in the field of Digital Marketing will be an advantage but not required if scholastic/ extra-curriclar activities show potential for training.
• Must be knowledgegable in MS Office Applications
