- Provide job candidates by:
- Screening, interviewing, and testing applicants.
- Notifying existing staff of internal opportunities.
- Maintaining personnel records.
- Assist with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary.
- Manage and maintain contracts, personnel files, and other employee information.
- Develop an induction programme for new employees.
- Monitor unemployment claims by:
- Reviewing claims.
- Substantiating documentation.
- Maintain human resources records by:
- Recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, and merit increases.
- Tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Orient new employees by:
- Providing orientation information packets.
- Reviewing company policies.
- Gathering withholding and other payroll information.
- Explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
- Update job knowledge by:
- Participating in educational opportunities.
- Reading professional publications.
- Accomplish human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Fulfill additional duties as required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any equivalent course.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Willing to work in Malate Manila.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies, and procedures.
