Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Paralegal shall assist the company in drafting contracts, board resolutions, secretary certificates, general information sheets and other legal documents. He/She shall assist in conducting legal research and will be in charge of maintaining and organizing the legal files in the company.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing company contracts (employees, talents, suppliers, etc.)
- Assists in conducting legal research
- Acts as a liaison for all the legal matters
- Maintains and organize the legal files of the company to ensure that law library is up-to-date
- Identifies appropriate laws, judicial decisions, legal articles and other information
- Attends meetings whenever his/her presence is so required
- Performs legal and factual research for the company to formulate a defense or initiate legal action
- Prepares declarations and form complaints of the company
- Summarizes legal documents and check legal forms and documents for accuracy
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Proven work experience/training as a Paralegal or other relevant experience.
- Paralegal practice award, certificate, diploma or higher diploma
- Obtain basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law or other relevant field
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
