Technical Business Analyst  

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play the main role in linking our information technology capacity and our business objectives. Your main goal will be to support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & CORE CAPABILITIES

• Lead initial project requests from high-level project understanding to project creation and requirements gathering
• Facilitate requirements elaboration of user stories with team members, including process- and data- modeling activities
• Validate data from source to target and perform appropriate statistical analysis

• Create deliverables for all aspects of business analysis and functional design, technical requirements, and visual model development for data migration, system integration, and reporting initiatives
• Provide demonstrations and training material to stakeholders. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Work with stakeholders to understand, prioritize and estimate development resources required for new features
• Execute responsibilities with an understanding of the product vision, strategic objectives, and priorities
• Good knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience writing requirements in an IT Department or with a software company
• Good knowledge of all phases of the Data warehouse life cycle and software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on requirements elicitation, requirements, design modeling, documentation and communication
• Good in business analytics and implementation
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must have experience in a BPO setup
• Willing to work on holidays

• Good work attitude and ethics
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
