Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Checks and verifies the accuracy and completeness of the documents submitted by the clients.
- Assesses and recommends decisions regarding customer credit applications by considering a range of criteria including purpose of application, credit viability, customer payment history and customer credit-worthiness.
- Coordinates with other agencies that will help regarding credit checking.
- Ensures the credit investigation reports including supporting documents are prepared and reviewed thoroughly.
- Collates delinquent accounts details from Billing and Collection staffs for review of existing credit terms and credit limits.
- Conducts field works if necessary.
- Coordinates with Billing and Collection staffs for accounts that need to be turned over to the collection agency.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of bachelor's degree in any business course
- At least one (1) year relevant experience in billing and/or collection
- Keen attention to details
- Strong communication (both written and oral) and negotiation skills
- Must be analytical
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be highly organized
- A strong sense of ownership and can provide proactive measures on delinquent accounts
- Experience in utilizing the Credit Bureau Database
