Business Process Officer  

Drafts and develops processes and work flows to enable clarity, simplicity and efficiency of work. Leads in promoting and celebrating a process-improvement culture within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Drafts and documents procedures according to set guidelines to ensure measurement and monitoring.
2. Coordinates process changes among process stakeholders to facilitate smooth acceptance and implementation.
3. Validates benefits, costs, and opportunities fit for all process/opportunity/system changes and prioritizing these initiatives based on established guidelines to ensure process implementation and realization of project benefits.
4. Gathers and prepares materials to conduct programs that promote, solicit and celebrate process improvement ideas.
5. Assumes ownership of the design, development, implementation, change management, compliance, and success measures of the process improvement projects.
6. Communicates the status of initiatives and associated projects or teams across appropriate levels of the organization to encourage initiative and collaboration.
7. Acts as an ambassador for measurement, accountability and a disciplined process improvement approach throughout the organization to create a culture of process improvement.

1. Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration major in Operations or any business related courses
2. Must have at least two (2) years experience in Process Design, Procedure Documentation and Project Management
3. Preferably Green Belt Six Sigma Certified
4. Must have good presentation skills
5. Must be well adept in Swimlane Diagrams, SIPOC, RAR Matrix
