Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Perform maintenance and service tasks for customers in assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit work orders, expense reports and timesheets to the respective departments.
- Evaluate products accurately for maintenance, warranty, upgrades and other purposes.
- Collaborate closely with technical team to resolve technical issues.
- Provide training to service staff on how to identify and resolve issues, repairs, etc.
- Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommend the right products or services.
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance works within the assigned territory and conduct client demonstration when required.
- Understand technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of an automotive / mechanic course
- (Certified by TESDA)
- With experience in actual troubleshooting & repair of gas / diesel engines.
- Experience in hydraulic & electrical system trouble shooting is an advantage
- Knows how to drive, with valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel (local & abroad)
