Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Preparation of accurate monthly financial statements subject for the review of the Finance Manager.
- Preparation of daily cash management (cash position) activities. Liquidity management.
- Work closely with the FM for all financial activities regarding profitability, liquidity and solvency, growth and outlook by supplying financial information.
- Ensure proper and timely closing of the entire accounting books.
- Ensure proper and timely filing and payment of the tax returns of the company.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation and sanity checking of expenses.
- Preparation of monthly and adhoc reports needed by the investors and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Supervise vendor, bank and customer relationship.
- Ensure billing and collections team adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures of the team.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 7 years of total experience in Finance/Accounting (3 Years of which in a supervisory position)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Can work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
- Must be pro-active and keen to details.
- Must be a team player and exhibits good leadership skills.
- CPA (an advantage)
