Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Achieve given monthly and annual quota, both as individual and group;
- Tap new cars and used cars dealerships either individual or group within the assigned areas of responsibility;
- Manage existing accounts and ensures renewals and growth through new product and service up-sells;
- Ensure that accounts are well-handled, ensuring a good experience, ability to create resolutions for any problems that may arise;
- Maintains good client/partner relationships;
- Manage all accounts under his/her area of responsibility both his own and those of his account managers;
- Ensure all contract deliverables with clients are met;
- Do account management admin tasks: coordination of deliverables with other departments, submission of required forms, etc.
- Develop the expertise on all the products and services of AutoDeal
- Represent AutoDeal in related events and activities;
- Manage his own set of accounts - new and existing;
- Ensure implementation of company rules and core values within his team;
- Monitor the performance of team members and provide timely feedback and coaching;
- Uphold the company's rules and core values;
- Gather feedback from client that will help improve the company's products and services;
- Do managerial admin tasks - weekly and monthly sales report, attendance monitoring, approval of leaves;
- Providing developmental plan for his staff - presentation or account management; provision of feedback for improvement
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 4-year business related course
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and Decision-making skills
- Problem solving and Selling skills
- At least seven (7) years experience in Sales, especially in Managerial capacity
