- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quota.
- Become an expert with the products of the company to ensure that we are giving the best solution packages to our clients/partners.
- Stay updated with the company developments and new products.
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies in selling the various products of the company.
- Acquisition of new account for both LMS subscription and media placements.
- Upsell existing accounts for increased ARPA.
- Introduce AutoDeal to media agencies.
- Represent the company at relevant events, engage/network with other attendees to get prospect client/partners or to build deeper relationships with existing clients/partners.
- Set, attend client meetings, campaign briefings to understand client requirements.
- Create presentations, proposals, cost-estimates and reports (as needed/instructed).
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with direct clients and media agencies.
- Manage and coordinate with the various internal departments, operations, marketing and tech teams to ensure that all deliverables (from signed contracts) are implemented in the best possible way for high effectivity.
- Liaise with client and internal teams for proper coordination of all deliverables.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in the field of advertising/media sales and account management
- Prior experience coordinating with media agencies is preferred
- Must have advanced sales skills, including the ability to market and close sales offerings
- Competent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Displays exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with clients both over the phone through email and face-to-face
- Strong analytical skills to judge the current market and the competition
