We are looking for leaders who love food, enjoy the creative and scientific process of making good food, and are committed to consistently producing quality food daily. Someone who can run an industrial kitchen with a team of bakers to meet daily production goals, while ensuring food safety and quality.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Plans and executes production operations so it reaches optimum efficiency and abide by good manufacturing practices
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to address teams' needs and ensure smooth operations
• Continuously reviews and evaluates process flow to come up with ways on how it can be improved
• Designates tools and equipment needed by the team to enforce accountability and proper care of assets
• Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community through the execution of in-house and practical trainings
• Innovates training materials and facilitates effective techniques of teaching as an introduction and refresher to other members of the team
• Creatively develop best-in-class products

• Preferably graduates of Business Management, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Management Engineering, and Nutrition are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
