Supply Chain Head  

We are looking for leaders who appreciate, understand, and desire to make daily manufacturing operations efficient and of consistent quality. Someone who can tie together operations from procurement, to warehouse, to production, and to the delivery of goods to the stores. Someone who can ensure that throughout the process, the resources are maximized, inventory is accounted for, and waste is minimized.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Plans and executes efficient plant operations to serve orders promptly
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to understand operations and the support needed
• Sources materials and equipment that can improve efficiency without sacrificing the quality of the products and food safety
• Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community to teach proper process, practices, and proper care and use of materials
• Continuously reviews and evaluates the production process flow to ensure consistent productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
• Develop, teach, and reinforce the inflow and outflow of materials and products to ensure clear accountabilities and proper handling

• Preferably graduates of Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical), Business Management, Business Administration, Business Administration and Accountancy, Business Economics, Management Engineering, and Chemistry are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
