Human Resources Manager  

We are looking for leaders who understand the value and importance of people to keep an organization running. Someone who has the desire to find the right people who will successfully accomplish their assigned tasks, while keeping the culture of excellence and camaraderie.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Proactively initiates efforts to meet manpower requirements in support of the organization's needs in a timely manner
• Conducts thorough and efficient screening of applicants using different assessment methods
• Verifies the effectiveness of new hires if the match is deemed successful or otherwise
• Ensures implementation of rules and regulations, and facilitates resolution and documentation of incidents for continuous development
• Monitors and reports attendance of personnel, and initiates regular performance evaluation
• Calibrates with cross-functional teams for the responsibilities and required qualifications for the right people in the team
• Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community through screening, conducting orientations, and counseling

• Preferably graduates of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Management, Business Administration, or Communication are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has a passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
