- Provide administrative support to accountants
- Responsible for billing activities
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Provide supporting documentation for audits

- Bachelor or College Degree Holder in Accounting/ Financial or any Business related course
- Self motivated, Confident, Patient and Hard working individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- With high tolerance of pressure and fast learner, can multi-task.
