Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Control the stocks of food and beverage
- To control the food cost
- Auditing
- Encoding of daily receiving report
- Encoding and analyzing of functions’ summary/expense
- Checking of buffet, a la carte and cafeteria production (report from Pao)
- Checking of storeroom if the stocks are enough or need to ML
- Cleaning of storeroom to avoid insects inside the storeroom
- Ordering of stocks especially if the purchaser is not around
- Preparing of Accounts payables to be transmitted in Manila Office
- Issuing of payments to the supplier
- Surprise spot check to F & B Kitchen/Service
- Costing
- Encoding of Entertainment Cheque and Officer’s Cheque
- Issuing of storeroom requisition (if the purchaser is not around)
- Monthly report to be sent to Financial Comptroller
- Updating of selling price
- Encoding of requisitions from storeroom
- Liaising in government transaction of the hotel (BIR/PAG-IBIG)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor or College Degree Holder in Accounting/ Financial or any Business related course
- Self-motivated, Confident, Patient and Hard working individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- With high tolerance of pressure and fast learner, can multi-task
- Smart and Assertive
