Operations Coordinator  

STORE OPERATIONS

• Encodes the daily/ weekly/ monthly/ sales report from the store to monitor Sales Performance of store; Identifies non-performing stores and provides support to improve sale.
• Assists in ensuring that brand and company guidelines, policies and procedures are implemented properly in the stores; Coordinates w/ the concerned positions/Department to address concern
• Visits the stores regularly and closely coordinates w/ SAs on Store Operations (performance of the team, maintenance of the store, incidents, customer-related concerns, issues and concerns of the store people, etc)
• Coordinates and communicates with business/retail partners, mall administrations and other people significant to the operations of the stores/brands for operational requirements

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

• Assists the Area Manager with staffing requirements of Sales Associates
• Assists the Area Manager in maintaining productive Job Performance of the Team through coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and performance evaluation

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

• Communicates and coordinates with the Merchandising team on the supply of stock in the stores/locations to maximize merchandise potential and ensure efficient management of stock level.
• Assists in Visual Merchandising, replenishment of stocks, and safekeeping of all merchandise and company assets in the Stores and Head Office.
• Tracks down inventory problems and addresses issues by relaying concerns with Merchandising and Warehouse.
• Updates, maintains and organizes documents and manual files of inventory records of the brands; Performs monthly counts to track movement of merchandise.
• Submits weekly and/or monthly merchandise inventory reports and other pertinent reports such as but not limited to store findings/observation, recommendations, etc.

SALES MANAGEMENT

• Coordinates with Immediate Superior for needs and requirements of the brand/stores to ensure that targets and plans are achieved.
• Submits pertinent information and feedback that will help improve the performance of the stores.
• Min of 3 yrs working experience in Retail Store operations
• Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Min of 3 yrs working experience in Retail Store operations
• Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
