- Manage and control of import and export documentation and ensures compliance with PEZA.
- Oversee the maintenance of the general office facilities and supplies by developing various safety and security regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment for all.
- Ensure that all business permits and licenses are updated and regularly renewed.
- Review, negotiate and maintains business contracts and agreements with suppliers and providers of office lease, company assets, equipment, vehicles and others.
- Manage the daily operations of the accounting department from month and year-end processes, AP/AR, general ledger, tax filing, cash flow, forecasting and budgeting, fixed assets, inventory and other related activities.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- With 3 – 5 years in Managerial capacity
- Keen on details, deadline conscious and results-oriented
- Can build team rapport and a very good team player
- Knowledgeable in HR/Admin practices and regulations in the Philippines
