Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manages and controls import and export documentation and ensures compliance with PEZA;
- Oversees the maintenance of the general office facilities and supplies by developing various safety and security regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment for all;
- Ensures that all business permits and licenses are updated and regularly renewed;
- Reviews, negotiates and maintains business contracts and agreements with suppliers and providers of office lease, company assets, equipment, vehicles and others;
- Manages the daily operations of the accounting department from month and year-end processes, AP/AR, general ledger, tax filing, cash flow, forecasting and budgeting, fixed assets, inventory and other related activities.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy;
- With 3 – 5 years in Managerial capacity;
- Keen on details, deadline conscious and results-oriented;
- Can build team rapport and a very good team player;
- Knowledgeable in HR/Admin practices and regulations in the Philippines.
