Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties like Training and Benefits
- Conduct recruitment thru PEZA Covered Court, Cavite jobs.
- Prepare contracts and job descriptions of newly hired
- Handles Timekeeping and Payroll
- Responsible in completion of PEZA requirements for yearly certification
- Plans directs, organizes and controls the overall activities of the General affairs Section
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, other Social/Behavioral Science or other Business courses;
- Preferably has 3 years and above professional experience in most of the facets of HR
- Has a background in most facets of Human Resource;
- With good leadership skills;
- Has above average verbal and written communication skills and great people skills.
