Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist in day-to-day recruitment operations.
- Accommodate applicants on a daily basis.
- Handle recruitment job ads on online platforms.
- Interview applicants over the phone (phone screening).
- Sit-in on interviews and coaching.
- Assist in report making, etc.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Undergraduate student of any of these courses:
- Psychology
- Human Resources
- Office Administration
- Enrolled in the current semester and can render at least 240 OJT hours.
- Knowledgeable of Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable of Social Media management is an advantage
- Able to work 8 hours everyday.
- Computer savvy.
- Keen to details.
- Willing to learn.
**We are in need of those who can start ASAP for a summer OJT (even just 240hours) OR we also need those who can start in June for at least 500 hours.
