Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handle inbound advanced customer service concerns
- Respond to queries regarding travel and airline reservations, hotel shuttles, VIP services, upgrades, etc.
- Provide excellent service for resolving customer issues regarding cancellations, transfers, rebookings
- Up sell bookings or travel perks to customers if needed
- Salary depends on work experience and skills
Trình độ tối thiểu
- High School Graduate with basic computer navigation skills
- College Graduates are also very welcome to apply (preferably under Hotel/Travel course)
- REQUIRED: at LEAST 1 YR EXPERIENCE IN A TRAVEL ACCOUNT (preferably airlines) or more than several years experience in TRAVEL / FLIGHT RESERVATIONS
- Those with more than 3 years experience will have higher salary
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to work in a BPO company
- Willing to start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in MAKATI
- Flexible in terms of schedule and rest days
