DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads in the screening of interested training applicants
- Prepares instructional materials
- Conducts lectures and hands-on training on lessons/modules assigned to him/her
- Assesses and monitors trainees' performance
- Prepares and submits the following reports:
- Enrolment Report
- Terminal Report
- Progress Chart
- Attendance
- Assists in the monitoring of employment status of graduates of Basic Korean Language and Culture
- Attends meetings or other events as required
- Contributes to the management and security of training resources of the Center
- Conducts inventory of equipment, tools, and materials
- Acts as member of Job Linkaging and Networking Services (JoLiNS) under Employment Facilitation
- Performs other related functions as may be required
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With teaching background in Korean Language
- Completed Trainers' Training or Teacher Training
- College graduate
- With good interpersonal relationship

Về Technical Education and Skills Development Authority
The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is the government agency tasked to manage and supervise technical education and skills development in the Philippines. It envisions itself as a dynamic partner in the sustained excellence of the Filipino workforce. With the active cooperation of the private and public sectors, it seeks to formulate and implement policies, plans and programs that would help realize the socio-economic potentials of the country’s workforce. Through progressive institutional capability building, TESDA undertakes active TVET policy advocacy, pursues enabling mechanisms for TVET partners and provides support services for implementation of TVET programs.
