Content Writer  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares news releases, media advisories, interview guides, feature stories and other related materials;
• Assists in the preparation of contents for information dissemination materials such as flyers, newsletters and brochures;
• Prepares contents and/or stories for publication in TESDA social media accounts;
• Assists in the implementation of the communication plan;
• Assists in the preparation of contents of advertorials and audio-visual presentations;
• Provides editorial support to materials developed by the office;
• Drafts storyboards and scripts for development of audio-visual presentations and other information, education and communication materials;
• Drafts speeches souvenir messages, talk points, media briefer and other write-ups;
• Coordinates with ROPOs, individuals and other related organizations to secure data that will be used in the preparation of stories for publication;
• Assists in the coordination of the office in interviews and media appearances of TESDA officials;
• Maintains close coordination with media, especially during agency's press conferences, media coverages and media appearances; and
• Performs any other related functions as required by the superior.

• With bachelor's degree relevant to the job
• Preferably with at least one year of relevant experience
• With excellent English and Tagalog writing skills
• Must be a Filipino citizen
