The Sr. Manager for Human Resources (C&B and HRIS) is responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits of the company. Analyzes compensation data and evaluates job positions to determine classification and salary. Review, design, and administer employee benefits. This position will also oversee the HRIS team who manages the employee database, ensuring 100% accuracy, completeness and up to date update in the HRIS system, and providing monthly HR reports. The role also includes administration, maintenance and enhancement of all HR tools.
The role will handle all sites of TaskUs (Cavite, BGC, Anonas and Pampanga) and will directly report to the HR Director.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management of the Compensation & Benefits function within the company to include but not limited to, Timekeeping, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Salary Structure and Policy Implementation, Oracle HRIS and systems management, 201 File/ Employee Data management, Vendor management, Statutory Benefits administration, Reporting and Data administration, guidance to the compensation & benefits team;
- Provide support to the in the development and implementation of site Compensation strategies;
- Develop policies based on long and short-term compensation strategy of the business and partner with management to drive business value and proactive employer of choice initiatives to drive motivation, diversity, retention, positive work environment, etc.;
- Partner with functional HR Managers & key HR process owners to implement proactive employee retention strategies, roll out initiatives, & provide support & assistance to operations and other support functions;
- Participate in New Employee Orientation activities as subject matter expert;
- Responsible for the administration and implementation of all employee benefits for employees in the designated area of the business.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all employee changes in the Oracle;
- Manage the HR Services facility of employee enquiries & responds in a timely manner to queries and/or escalates major concerns within TAT to the VP for HR;
- Performs other job related assignments that may be assigned from time to time;
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related courses
- BPO experience a plus
- At least 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits
- At least 3 years’ experience as a manager/senior manager in the field
- Proven track record in developing & executing comprehensive HR strategic plans
- ORACLE human resource information systems experience desired
- Extensive skills and knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
