Risk Analyst | Project Management  

• The Analyst - Risk Management is responsible for providing support in all aspects of Fraud, Risk and Compliance including analysis, assessment, coordination and execution of the various risk and compliance work streams and assurance while ensuring business goals are supported. It is also expected that he/she supports the Line Manager and team in developing the strategies for fraud detection and investigation. This role needs to collaborate with multi stakeholders while operating with integrity, independence and objectiveness.

KEY DUTIES:

• De-risk the business through prevention and detection of violation to set TaskUs business processes and through response planning and mitigation.
• To identify the risks that an organisation faces and advise on them (identification)
• To design and implement controls to protect an organisation from those risks (prevention)
• To monitor and report on the effectiveness of those controls in the management of an organisation’s exposure to risks (monitoring and detection)
• To resolve compliance difficulties as they occur (resolution)
• To advise the business on rules and controls (advisory)

• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably Cum Laude or higher
• 7+ years total work experience, 3+ years officer experience
• With previous experience as a Compliance Auditor for a financial institution preferred
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving deliverables
• Experience leading an autonomous stream within a large program, and potentially responsible for leading and overseeing resources in a matrix environment (matrix could contain one or more resources)
• Experience in identifying sales leads and opportunities resulting in revenue growth
• Professional certification is an advantage (PMP, SSBB, COPC, etc.)
