Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Establishes and documents administrative procedures associated with each benefit program and ensures processes are well coordinated and efficiently aligned between payroll, HRServices and other teams
- Help to develop recommendations for enhancements/changes to benefit programs
- Assist in acquisition due diligence. Develop recommendations for and manage the harmonization of terms and conditions as it relates to benefits programs
- Coordinate the execution of plan documents, service agreements and other renewal acceptance and contracts
- Monitor costs and prepare forecasts for benefit expenses
- Communication of new benefit initiatives
- Stay abreast of local country trends and regulatory issues surrounding benefit plan design and administration
- In conjunction with Senior Director, Global Benefits and other team members, develops and implements strategies and plans which support local and global colleague health, welfare and retirement benefit plan objectives
- Provide technical research and analysis on complex benefit issues
- Act as a resource to local management and Human Resource Business Partners in addressing various benefit matters
- Interface directly with colleagues on escalated benefits questions and concerns
