Business Process & Strategy Specialist  

Required Job Description: As Business Process and Strategy Specialist you will be working in a small team of 4-6 people and will be serving Top Management along with other offices across Indonesia.

When you join TaniHub as a Business Process and Strategy Specialist, you will join a team with multiple background and practice that will challenge your soft and hard skills. The job cover multiple grounds from the management team until the operation team.

Your job will include gathering and analyzing information, and processed them to be a hypothesis that align with the current stakeholders. Moreover, you are required to create an approach or methodology as a framework and strategy to organize and achieve certain objectives. You will also work hand-in-hand with the top management to support the growth of the company.

• Proven record of academic or non-academic achievement
• Able to use analytical and quantitative to solve problem
• Proven leadership material in previous work and/or through extracurricular activities when in Universities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Indonesian
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
