Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Receive invoice and supported documents for payment from account payable
- Input the Invoice to internal finance listings or database
- Communicate with management regarding payment
- Monitor the balances in accounts
- Check on landers request regarding wallet money withdrawal and transfer the money to the bank account
- Input the report regarding wallet withdrawal to database
- Create the payment journals
- Reconcile financial data with banks data
- Manage in and out cash flow
- Maintain and make sure the treasury activities are base on finance regulations and procedure
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. (S1) Bachelor’s Degree graduated
- Detail oriented
- Strong treasury background
- Has knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance and tax
- Has knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
- Has knowledge of appropriate accounting software
- Have Leadership skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation skills, Strategic planning, Verbal communication skills, Written communication skills.
- Has Experience handling Treasury Min. 3 Years
- Able to join immediately
