- Client Relationship Management: Foster and enhance relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new ones.
- Account Development: Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and requirements, and proactively suggest solutions through upselling or cross-selling.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate account strategies and plans aimed at achieving sales growth and improving client retention. Work closely with internal teams like sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Keep track of account performance and important metrics such as sales progress, revenue projections, and client interaction. Regularly update management on the status and developments of accounts.
- Market Research and Analysis: Remain updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and competitors' strategies.
- Contract Negotiation and Renewal: Handle negotiations on contract details, pricing, and services, and ensure timely renewal of agreements to sustain business relationships.
- Training and Support: Instruct clients on the functionalities, benefits, and optimal use of products, providing necessary training and support to enhance client satisfaction and product utility.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for accounts, ensuring both profitability and adherence to client expectations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client support. Collaborate with various departments to meet client needs and drive organizational goals.

- Must possess business-level proficiency in English.
