RECRUITMENT
- Design and implement recruitng strategy.
- Source, screen and match the best candidate for both temporary and/or permanent personnel requriement.
- Build and maintain a large network of qualified candidates.
- Prepare job offers and conduct orientation to new employees (company policies, work processes, etc)
- Maintain and constantly update personnel files.
TRAINING
- Prepare training modules that adheres to the required skills in the Career Development Map of the company.
- Conduct in-house training to employees in accrodance with their individual career plans and in respect to the developmental goals they set with their supervisor.
Trình độ tối thiểu
MANDATORY
- A graduate of Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology and other related courses
- With minimum 3 years solid recruitment and traning experience
- Has a wide network of candidates that belong to the advertising industry
- Proficient with DOLE laws (contracts, due process, separation, mandatories, DOLE reports, etc.)
- Experience in creating training modules/ organizational programs
- Preferabley female
- Between 25yo - 40yo
SUPPLEMENTARY
- Resides near Pasig City area
- Membership in HR and Employment organizations
