- Welcome and screen visitors
- Maintain security by following and monitoring visitor and employee logbook procedures
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate associates
- Screen, accept and distribute mail to appropriate recipient
- Liaise and schedule itinerary of company messengers
- Monitor and request office supplies
- Perform additional clerical duties as necessary
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Business Administration, Office Managementor other related courses
- Minimum 2 years experience in general business operations and administrative support
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
- Has strong analytical and planning skills
- Pleasant, a team player and can work well with others
