Software Engineer | iOS and Android  

• Develop on both Hybrid and Android / iOS applications.
• Ensure the versioning of application and documents are controlled using SVN.
• Perform other related tasks.

• Mobile OS: iOS & Android.
• Languages: Objective-C, Swift, Java, Java Script, C.
• Persistent Store : SQLite, Core Data.
• IDE and Version Control Tool: Xcode and iOS SDK , Android Studio.
• Concepts and Buzzwords: OOPS, OOA / OOD (Design Patterns), Automated testing, Unit Testing, Auto Layout, Multi-Threading (GCD, NSOperation),SOAP WSDL,REST.
• UI/UX development with best practices, techniques and design standard.

Experience and understanding of:

• Developing with the Android SDK.
• Web Services using iOS SDK.
• Third party SDK integrations on iOS and Android applications.
• Localization tools for iOS and Android platforms.
• Touch ID and other biometrics integrations is a plus.
• Native iOS development experience with proficiency in Objective-C /Swift using XCode.
• Asynchronous/multi-threaded programming specific to mobile devices.
• Debug and test tools like UI Automation, analysis with Instruments and other tools.
• Android UI development with latest framework and techniques.
• Responsibility and life cycle basic components (Activity, Broad cast Receiver, Service, Content Provider).
• Architecture of mobile applications, common patterns, and design. Should be capable of leveraging the capabilities of camera, GPS, etc.
• JSON, SOAP, Rest, XML, and XHTML.
• Databases like SQLite, NoSQL and key-value storages.
• HTML5, JavaScript, and the third party API (like Facebook, Twitter etc.) is a plus.
• Ant, Maven, Gradle.
• Tool-chain that includes Git and SVN.
• Algorithms, data structures, complexity, optimization, caching, and security.
• Google Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification Service including configuration of registration servers, notification types, payloads etc.
• Experience in Agile / SCRUM is a plus.
