- Conduct effective intake meetings with account Point of Contact (POC) to understand job details.
- Negotiate basic offers with the candidates.
- Educate, Influence and enable the business to hire the right talent.
- Identify process issues and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with POC to identify qualified candidates, seek feedback and make hiring recommendations communicate appropriate expectations to and influence the POC regarding TA processes.
- Provide timely updates to POC with information regarding marketplace, obstacles, and work with POC to identify solutions.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 1 year BPO experience;
- Good command of the English Language;
- Screening and interviewing skills are preferred but not required;
- Ability to understand cultural differences;
- Genuine passion for learning and growing;
- Can start ASAP;
- Willing to work in Makati City;
