- Identify and establish new business accounts and opportunities.
- Prepare proposal, make presentations and offer effective solutions to clients.
- Engage with regional teams for client follow-ups and to convert them into closure.
- Manage existing account build strong rapport with clients.
- Timely reporting of the sales pipeline and project status.
- Help generate sales revenue and achieve given sales targets jointly with regional team.
- Build strategic vendor partnerships.
- Conduct Business Development activities such as marketing events, lead generation etc.
- Organize and manage events.
- Other ad-hoc duties deem fit by superior.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Good aptitude; mature and able to adapt to fast pace environment.
- Experience in Regional Account Management & partner alliance.
- Strong negotiation skill and team player.
- Good understanding of technology.
- Good communication and presentation skills and be fluent in English Language.
- Very customer oriented and focused on meeting the customer’s needs.
- Creative and willing to explore to a new market segment.
- Proven track record to be able to strategies and work on a complex customer requirement.
- Leadership qualities: Integrity, dedication, attention to detail, deliver results on time, goal oriented, self-motivated.
- Willing to understand the importance of opportunity closure and selling high-value proposition.
