About the Project Delivery role:

Project Delivery will lead the project management and operations functions within the SUN business unit to deliver a high level of customer service to existing and perspective clients. Surya Utama Nuansa provides turn-key project developer solutions to commercial and industrial customers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in construction management delivering projects to end customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop project management and operations team to achieve monthly installation targets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations.
• Contribute to the development and completion of team action plans, consider the cost and benefit implications of action plans and team activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients and vendors. Critically evaluate solution ideas by considering data, precedents, and input from team.
• Coordinate with department and team to develop business drivers for the selection of technology solutions for the clients
• Ensure the use of product/technology meet the core needs of the client

• 8+ years of professional project management and/or construction management experience.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience working on Agile efforts as a Project Delivery Manager
• Must be comfortable working with engineering details
• Knowledge and experience in solar energy is an advantage
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or Science
