- Do teleprospecting by qualifying leads and other prospects through emails and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments for sales people to meet prospective customers.
- Input customer and prospects' data into the CRM (database).
- Answer inbound inquiries either through telephone calls or social media
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
