Operations Manager for Web Development

As the Operations Manager for Web Development, you’ll be in a senior role that oversees day-to-day operations of your division. You will head department and project managers, as well as work closely with Content and SEO operations managers. You will report directly to a member of the Executive Committee (EXECOM) and will be a member of the company’s Management Committee (MANCOM). You must ensure business goals are implemented as actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• As Operations manager, your key areas of responsibility include:
• People Management - Lead department managers in coaching and managing people to meet KPIs.
• Project Fulfillment - Ensure all projects are delivered correctly, within deadlines, and with acceptable quality. Take charge of monitoring sufficient resources, including manpower and tools.
• Reporting - Create and present accurate reports to MANCOM, EXECOM, and US counterparts.
• Continuous Improvement - Initiate and implement improvements to contribute to the development of staff, processes, and the company as a whole.
• Administrative and Support - Keep track of staffing needs and assist other departments as deemed necessary.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 to 4 years of work experience in people management, project management, or business administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business and marketing strategy in a digital marketing industry or in another a fast-paced, deadline-driven, results-oriented organization.
• Ability to take complex data and distill them into a meaningful and comprehensible report.
• Excellent business sense, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional oral communication skills with peers, management, and cross-functional teams with the ability to influence managers at all levels.
