Performs initial review of death and living benefit claims and submits recommended a course of action to Claims Manager. Additionally, attends to basic claim inquiries.
- Appraises death and living benefit claims. Secures Underwriting, Legal, Medical input where necessary.
- Prepares written analysis and recommended a course of action and submits to Claims Manager for review and approval.
- Initially reviews check request prepared by Claim Associate and submits to Claims Manager for approval.
- Attends to basic claim inquiries and refers to Claims Manager those that cannot be handled.

- Basics of life insurance and insurance company operations.
- Individual life, group life and pre-need plans and riders - contract provisions.
- Provisions of the Insurance Code of the Philippines, Civil Code of the Philippines, Rules of Court, Family Code relevant to claims processing
