- Supervise and oversee tasks of Financial Advisors
- Provide training programs to ensure everyone works as effectively as possible in the field
- Evaluate performance and do one on one coaching to improve productivity
- Responds to on-call tasks and responsibilities, handling the needs and concerns of the Financial Advisors and give support to FA’s under supervision
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College graduate
- With previous work experience as Sales Supervisor or Manager
- Can handle a group of Sales people
- Driven and ambitious
- Trust worthy and dependable
- Willing to do field work
- Willing to undergo training
- Willing to do recruitment to build his/her team
- Coachable

- Has a positive mental attitude and sees the “bigger picture” or long term goals
- Has a positive goal for each team member
