Financial Advisor | Manager Candidate (Star Ruby Unit)  

• Build a team according to set standards and protocols
• Provide guidance and training in line with the mission, vision and values of the Company
• Act as a Financial Advisor to help achieve client’s goals through needs-based approach; Offer appropriate Sun Life financial products that answers clients' needs.
• Educate clients and team on the importance of preparing for old age, disability, death, and sickness (ODDS) to achieve financial security through life insurance.
• Ensure compliance of team members to the highest ethical standards in the conduct of business
• Introduce to clients wealth accumulation strategies for their children's college education and their retirement through products like life insurance and mutual funds.
• Build and maintain client and advisor bases, keeping current client plans up‐to‐date and prospects new clients/recruits on an on-going basis.
• Review clients' accounts and plans, at least once a year, to determine economic changes and market performance indicate plan readjustment if needed.
• Explain all essential provisions of the life insurance contract or mutual fund.
• Turn over to the Company monies collected in trust immediately.
• Maintain performance and production based on minimum standards.
• Assist in the release of life insurance claims or fund withdrawal to clients and other Sun Life clients.
• Practice at all times strictest confidentiality and act in client’s best interest.

Remuneration for this position is performance-based. Monthly performance bonus will be received by Managers and Financial Advisors who meet the performance standards.

• Preferably with at least 3-years supervisory experience
• Can lead, train, motivate and supervise a team of at least 8 people
• Willing to undergo traiining
• With stable internet connection and can work remotely
• Willing to take licensure examination (Insurance Commission)
