The Officer-In-Charge is responsible for the achievement of the store’s sales objectives, adhere to inventory ratios as approved by Management, consistently provide excellent customer service at all times.
Responsible for the following:
- Store upkeep and maintenance.
- Achievement of 100% monthly sales targets.
- Maintenance of standard store inventory to sales ratio.
- Inventory ratio of fast and slow moving brand at 80% and 20% respectively.
- Zero Shrinkage – monetary and non-monetary.
- High Customer Satisfaction and Retention Rate.
- High Manpower Retention Rate.
- High Attendance Rate of Personnel.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or any related course.
- Retail experience of at least one year.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Customer-centric.
- Ability to lead and coach a team.
- Passionate, creative, and enthusiastic.
