Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Research and identify solutions to hardware, software, firmware and software management.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including analyze event logs, configuration setting, and error code.
- Resolving x86-64 server like IBM, HPE, Dell, SUN, Cisco UCS server, Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network-attached Storage (NAS)
- Ask users targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
- Talk with clients through different kinds of channels such as phone, email, chat until they understand the system.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Refer to internal database and external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports.
- Documents technical knowledge in the form of notes.
- Maintain jovial relationship with clients.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.
- Have 2-3 years working experiences in related field.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
- Good attitude, polite and keen to learn.
- Ability to communicate well with clients and users.
- Familiar with server hardware components.
