What Does An Advisor Do:
- Provide sound financial advice through proper financial planning
- Recommend solutions like insurance and investments suitable to particular goals in clients' respective life stages
- Ensure financial plans are properly executed and reviewed regularly
- Promote financial literacy and awareness as part of nation-building
- Maintain client base and monitors activities to further build the financial advisory business
- Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism in sales

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- College Graduate of any 4-Year Course or its equivalent
- With at least 2 years working experience
- Highly driven and motivated to earn high commissions
- People Person - can approach and connect well with prospects
- Entrepreneurial
- Willing to train and highly coachable
- Self-learner and dependable
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Believes in promoting financial wellness and literacy
- Sales experience, formal or informal, is a strong advantage but not required
- Has tools like laptop or iPad for online business presentations and selling since we are working 100% digitally
- We only shortlist serious and responsive applicants
