Digital Advertising Sales Manager  

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Sales Manager to join our growing Advertising Sales Team.

As a Digital Advertising Sales Manager, you:

• should be able to manage and oversee the sales growth and operations of your assigned brands and category;
• should be able to motivate your sales team in achieving both individual and team targets;
• should be able to formulate and effectively implement sales strategies in order to achieve set targets;
• must be a strong leader in a crossfunctional, collaborative working environment, able to get different teams with varying background to work towards the same goal;
• should be entrepreneurial and nimble, able to find solutions for a highly dynamic industry.

• Minimum 5 years extensive experience in advertising sales management, particularly in a DIGITAL landscape;
• Exposure and experience in handling Digital Advertising Sales & Marketing is a MUST;
• Excellent people management skills;
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and targets;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
