Cloud Service Delivery Manager  

The primary job of a Cloud Service Delivery Manager is to provide the overall governance of the cloud managed service projects of Stratpoint and its customers. You will own the customer success journey to the cloud and will be the primary point of contact for support customers delivering cloud services.

Main duties and responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the customer, internal teams and cloud partners (AWS, GCP, Azure, VMWare) to implement cloud services and solutions
● Lead governance meetings and discussions on cloud implementation services
● Coordinate with various stakeholders on delivering cloud solutions
● Help identify scope, prioritize projects and manage cloud teams
● Develop new strategies and control to help the team with the transition
● Develop strategies and control the team via monthly & quarterly project health reviews, team utilization and performance reviews, services contract change requests and updates, and cloud adoption strategies
● Handle escalation, process improvement, change management and overall governance of projects assigned.
● Lead a Cloud Migration project or Cloud Transformation Project

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
● Overall 4-6 years of experience in IT industry preferably in telecommunications
● 3+ years cloud service delivery / project management experience (migration in cloud, lift & shift, cloud team operations, cloud data solutions)
● Proven experience in a managed services and consulting
● Articulate and able to describe cloud architecture and services
● Knowledgeable in Service transition, support processes and tools
● Experience in demand and utilization planning of resources is an advantage
● Exposed in Agile/Waterfall project management principles
● Preferably with ITIL and PMP certification
● Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
