Product + Graphic Design
- Brainstorms with the Straightforward's product design council about Straightforward and Shorts Market’s products.
- Implements design ideas to create actual prints via design softwares.
- Works with artists, photographers, and designers around the world to create design that is relevant to the brand.
Consumer Research
- Conducts a series of focused group discussions, interest checks, and other research tools to deepen the leadership team’s knowledge about its audience.
- Analyzes findings and create long and short term action points.

- Loves fashion.
- Must be able to commit at least 8 consecutive weeks. 6 days a week.
- Has curiosity and possesses the ability to create excellent output with minimal supervision.
- Superior knowledge in Photoshop and other design software is a must.
- Knowledge in operating a 3-light studio is an advantage.
- Already a fan of Straightforward or Shorts Market.

Straightforward is an online homegrown fashion brand that aims to allow excellent fashion choices easier to make. As all of the brand’s products fall under a 365-day commitment, Straightforward commits 2 things to all its products: That all of its fashion pieces will stay relevant all year round; and that all of its fashion pieces should have the quality to last beyond 365 days.
Although Straightforward plans to open physical stores in various malls nationwide, Straightforward largely engages its audience online via its webstore (www.straightforward.ph) and its visual diary on social media channels. Straightforward found its place in the students and young adults market through active digital advertising efforts. The product lines that drive the largest amount of revenue are the Tailored Shorts, the Day N’ Night Button Downs, and the Waffle Classics.
